First a little history:

When I first moved to Seattle in 1995 from New England it was to Wallingford. I soon met my future wife and continued the (more gradual) move west. Our first apartment together was in Fremont and from there to a seaside shack on Seaview Ave in Ballard. In 1999 we backtracked a bit and bought our home in Fremont where we still live to this day (although both the home and our family have grown since then). I have two wonderful daughters, two happy dogs and enjoy exploring and photographing everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

One of the things that drew me to Seattle was how each neighborhood has it's own special feel while still remaining part of the larger city. When I became a real estate professional I knew that my love for all of Seattle's many diverse neighborhoods would translate into a direct benefit for my clients.
For sellers, it is my commitment to help sell your home or property in a timely fashion while helping you attain the highest possible price for your real estate. From getting your home ready for sale to my expert marketing to closing and all of the hundreds of details in between, I will be with you every step of the way. For buyers, looking for homes or other real estate opportunities, here in Seattle or other surrounding communities, it is my job to educate, inform and provide you with the competitive edge above the scores of other home buyers/investors in the market. Many times I have successfully gotten my clients into the homes of their dreams even when their offer was not the highest monetarily. I will work with you and provide all of the necessary tools to find your ideal home. In addition, once we've narrowed down what you are looking for, we can begin the home showing process so you can get a closer look at the homes that may be a good fit. I'm not the type of agent that is trying to sell you. For me, it is all about finding the right home for you, regardless of how many homes we have to see before that happens. I will then help negotiate the best possible deal with your interests always first and foremost. I'll be with you every step of the way, managing the details to ensure a successful close.
